The Complete Solution

A clear benefit of purchasing a Tills Innovation feature, in addition to the unique styling and outstanding standard of craftsmanship, is the opportunity to buy a complete solution.  So if you buy a water feature for example, we can supply the feature itself, pump, pipe, regulators, hose clips – essentially everything you need to have your feature up and running as soon as it is delivered.  We can also help with advice on fitting the feature to ensure or actually undertake the fitting on your behalf.  As the customer, all you literally have to do is connect it to the power source – it’s that simple

Maintenance matters

As complete solution providers we provide a one stop shop. Once you’ve installed one of our wonderful water features we want you to continue to reap the benefits of your investment, by ensuring the feature always looks at its best as well as maintaining a safe environment for anyone who comes into contact with it.

As part of our company ethos we believe in supporting our customers in all these areas by supplying equipment, chemicals as well as informed general support over the phone.

Water features are prone to surface appearance changes due to environmental effects. While for some customers this is part of the evolution of the sculpture / material, some wish to keep the material in its pristine condition, which is true for our stainless steel water features. With our guidance and the use of chemicals we can control the algae, calcium (lime scale) as well as bringing other extra benefits to the feature such as foam inhibitors and giving the water a sparkle!
